Founding principles of the Govonos Institute
Govonos was born out of a necessity: to think governance not as an exercise of power, but as a structured, measurable, and transmissible discipline. Facing the fragmentation of norms, the crisis of trust in institutions, and the urgency of applied ethics, the Institute positions itself as a center of intellectual clarification and normative production.
Tangible Governance is our field of study. It rests on three pillars: contractual ethics (transforming values into action protocols), governance measurement (evaluating the quality of a structure through reliable indicators), and institutional transmission (training decision-makers capable of governing differently).
The Acta Tank: our operational function
The Acta Tank is the idea laboratory of Govonos. It produces analyses, normative tools, and concrete propositions intended for public, private, and corporate institutions. This is the place where thought becomes action.
The Institute
The official legal structure, recognized, that carries the mission of Govonos.

The founding spirit, the intellectual place where the discipline of Tangible Governance is born.
